ERGO Baby Carrier Review & Giveaway

Updated: This is so bittersweet for me because I really wish I could give away more than one carrier. I know you could all use one! To everyone else- thank you so much for entering. I know these carriers are expensive, but they really are wonderful for so many reasons. Try to find one used if you can or on sale. Try www.diaperswappers.com- moms are always selling their old stuff on there. Cloth diapers too!! Maybe try to get one for Christmas? If by the off chance that you end up not liking this carrier, you can always sell it to someone else and get most of your money back (there are always people looking for good carriers on sale) so that's something to keep in mind.

Let's just get straight to the point here. I don't want to waste any time.

I am in love with my ERGO baby carrier. In love. If it could rub my feet and clean my kitchen I'd probably marry it. Well, you know. But truly, I'm really happy to give you a review (and giveaway opportunity) of this great product and to promote baby wearing. It makes your life easier in so many ways!

When ERGO sent me the camel carrier, I started using it right away. We went grocery shopping and ran errands. We went on a hike, I went for a walk. It has so many uses!

I normally carry him on my front. I like being able to touch him and see him. I did try it on my back once when we went for a 3 hour hike and it was great! My husband likes this carrier too and will wear him on the front or back. I think when he's older and as he get's heavier we'll use it on the back more, but for now I prefer it in the front.

I love the features of this carrier. I love the pocket in front that acts as a mini diaper bag. When we're out and about and I'm wearing him in the ERGO, I don't even have to bring my purse or anything with me. My phone, credit card, keys, pacifier, diaper, and burp rag will all fit in the front pack. I love this! I also love the sun shade, which protects babies from the rain, wind or sun as well as providing a great place to sleep. For younger babies, this can also help provide additional head support.

Not only is this carrier comfortable and enjoyable for me, but my son absolutely loves it. If he won't nap, I can put him in the ERGO, go for a walk and he'll fall asleep in minutes. If he's grumpy, I turn to the ERGO. This carrier takes me less than 20 seconds to put on. It's quick and easy to adjust the straps and waist band as well.

I can't think of one negative thing to tell you about this carrier. It comes highly recommended by Lucas and I!

Buy it: The ERGO carrier retails for $105.00 I'll agree that it may seem expensive but I really believe it's worth the price. A good carrier that is comfortable for mom and baby and versatile is a must have!
