Let's just be honest now. How much halloween candy did you eat this weekend? Come on, tell me the truth. Did you get rid of most of it? Hopefully your kids didn't bring too much home!

This weeks challenge:
How many days of eight hours of sleep can you get? Getting up to nurse your baby in the middle of the night doesn't count.. I know not many of us have had eight hour of sleep in a row in a long time!
But doesn't that sound heavenly!
You may need to go to bed earlier to get your 8 hours in! Did you know that sleep actually has quite a bit to do with weight loss? It's also so important for your health! So, I challenge you to try to get at least eight hours of sleep every night, and remember, waking up for 10 or 20 minutes to take care of your baby is okay. I know a lot of us can't do anything about that!
Each night you sleep at least eight hours you get a point. Maximum points for this week is 7- one point possible for each night from tonight until next Tuesday.
Did you write about the Body After Baby Challenge this week? Link up! Have a fabulous week!

8 hours?! i'm laughing hysterically!
I would have to go to bed at 6pm with my baby in order to get 8 hours! So not happening!! :)
Lauren,
Your baby wakes up at 2am??
Remember I said it doesn't have to be eight hours of sleep all in a row!
Is it really that hard?! I don't want to make the goal unrealistic! My son sleeps from 730pm-7am and wakes up 2x/night. So I have to go to bed 11pm to get 8 hours.
There's no *way* I get eight hours of sleep a night... unless you add up two or three nights in a row!
The thing nobody tells you about being pregnant and having a baby is that eventually, your child *will* sleep through the night. But after almost two years of getting up at periodic intervals to pee, readjust myself, check on the baby, I am no longer able to sleep well!

I get eight hours are more every night, but I also have a baby that loves sleep. He gets up long enough for a feeding or a change but then we are back out.
It seems like I might be one of the few who get 8 hours of sleep a night. lol.
We like to sleep in at our house.
i get to bed around 10 usually and jordan tends to wake up around 2 and 4 (totally habit) and hubby's clock goes off at 4:45 but i can never get back to sleep after the 4 feeding. logan has nightmares and hubby sleepwalks, so i feel like i'm dealing with at least one of my three men all night most nights!
Hey Samantha - are you doing another BAB challenge after this one? I could SO use another 8 weeks after this...
