I love my son's face. It is my favorite picture. My favorite face of all. I love to zoom in and take pictures of his expressions, his eyes and his smile. Of all the tiny details.
These pictures were taken during what
I call nap time. He thought napping today sounded totally
not cool. Making dinosaur sounds and trying to climb out of his crib is much better.
When I walk in to give him my stern voice and tell him it's time to nap he gives me this look. He thinks he is the funniest thing. So fine. I'll take pictures of you instead.
I would actually say this nap time turned out to be pretty successful! In fact, I might start taking pictures of him in the crib from now on. Why have I not thought of this sooner? The only place in the house he is contained!
Ah, genius. I'm thinking of using one of these face pictures for part of our Christmas card this year. Which one is your favorite?

the 5th is my favorite! And trust me, the more kids you have the MORE pictures you take! I swear Sterling has a thousand pictures of just his face already in his "baby book".
the 2nd is definitely my favorite! what an adorable smile, he has! and it's slightly crooked in that picture...that's my favorite part!
i like the second one. he's so cute. but now he's going to think nap time is photo shoot time...lol
SOOO cute! My youngest thought the same thing - no real need to nap today (although, his tired eyes at 530pm said otherwise! He's only 4 mos!). But I find myself doing the same things - taking those up close pictures. We'll be so glad we did when they are older!

The second one would be awesome on a card! Great photos! aren't babies just the happiest when they've had their nap! i love it! its the best time to pull out the camera!
