Moving.

  at 11/25/2009
Well, this is it. If we were having second thoughts about all this or if we wanted to change our mind, it's too late now. This is actually happening. Oh. My. Gosh.  In a week from now I will be blogging from the North Pole.  I might be sittin' on the lap of Santa Clause for all I know, or riding on the back of a Moose. Who knows. If either of those events happen, I'll be sure to take a picture for ya.

I'm so glad we've got the moving out part over with. It ain't fun.

Lucas has been such a good sport through all of this. Lots of naps being disrupted, lots and lots of driving, and lots of stressed out parents.  He is such a sweetheart.

We have been using the Ergo a lot this week, as we load and pack things. I can't believe Lucas slept through all of it!

We are now at my moms house enjoying Thanksgiving, eating cake, watching elk roam in the backyard and relaxing for a couple days before we start the whole moving in process (hopefully) next week.

I have been reminded this week, so often, that everything really does happen for a reason. I am amazed, that's really the only way I can describe it. Everything that we thought was going to end up in a disaster this week has always worked out. Things are just lining up so perfectly.

I'm just amazed.

I hope all of you have a blessed Thanksgiving with family and friends! I'm not sure what my internet status is going to be like when we get to Alaska, but I will update you as best I can. Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers during this time!
