23 degrees

Sunday.
Family day.
We went for a walk.
It was foggy and cold.

Lucas wore mittens and layers.
He's been a bit whiny today.
I wore my favorite hat.
It's so warm.

We've been living out of a suitcase for three weeks.
Clothes are in a cycle on repeat.
We made an offer on a house this weekend.
Furniture and picture frames are in my head.
A place for Lucas' toys. Our shoes. The bookshelf.
Then we got a call today. Tonight.
There are two other offers on the table.
So.
We wait until tomorrow.
If it's meant to be, it will be.

That's how I have to live.
What's meant to be, will be.

Good luck with the house. That is probably the only way to stay sane--just keep telling yourself if it's meant to be it will all work out :)

Very cute. I love bundling my kids all up and going outside. It's cold but so much fun. Hope you get the house.

Hopefully you get the house!! I think it is a scheme for them to tell you there is another offer... but then you love the house and you don't really want to take that chance ... arg the stress of it all. But really I hope you get it, so if anything you can be reunited with your cloth diapers :D

You both look adorable in your warm winter outfits! Good luck on the house! Saying a quick prayer right now for you!

Brie... someone else told me that today too. That they might just be saying they have other offers to get more $$?? How horrible!

Good luck! You have the right attitude, for sure about getting a house. You do your best, and make an offer that you can live with, and then you leave the rest to God!
