I want to start doing this mini challenges again. Next week I will assign us with something fun (and hard!) to do.
Along with the mini challenges, I also will be asking a weekly question. This is again, another great way to have something to focus on, and its a great way to see what other people think about the subject!
The question for this week comes from Corrie. What is your favorite part of your workout? Let us know when you blog about your Body After Baby this week! I will also post next weeks question so you can have time to plan and write your post.

You forgot to add in your post... How did YOU do this past week?
I love a good challenge, I am currently participating in a biggest looser style competition with some online friends where we each added $10 to a paypal account and whoever looses the highest % of weight at the end of the first quarter of the year gets the pot, it's up to $100 right now.
Oopsie, I forgot to say my favorite part of the workout...I hate working out. But I like how I feel afterward. So the end.
I would definelty jump on the 30 day challange. I know that Domestic Dork at one point did a 30 day shred, so she might have some ideas for you. I have been wanting to do something like this since I saw her results, but I need others also doing it with me to keep me going.
