Who I am

  at 1/13/2010
This is my blog. It's turned out to be pretty much exactly the opposite of what I thought it would be, and I'm okay with that. In fact, I'm glad it's turned out the way it has. I love this place- this little corner where I can write about whatever I want. I have met so many amazing women through this place. As funny as it might sound, I consider you my friends. I share my life with you and my ideas, opinions and thoughts because I want to. Because I like to. Because I want to use my love of writing for something. If you're here, it's because you choose to be here.

I'm glad you're here. Thanks for reading and offering your awesome advice on parenting and decorating, your own thoughts and stories on what's right and wrong on how we raise our children. Thank you for sharing this community with me and joining me as I raise my son. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers as I learn to readjust in a new state.

This is me with my son, my favorite person in this world. This is who I am.

I'm a Christian but I don't read the Bible every day. I have a degree in health but I don't eat 5 servings of vegetables every day.  I'm a positive and happy person, but I still complain. I'm a wife of 4 years. I watch The Bachelor even though I totally disagree with it. I think Jake is pretty good looking. I watch football. I hate cooking. I don't really cook because of it. I sleep with my baby whenever I want to. I probably spend too much time on the internet. Like right now, I should probably be paying bills or something instead of writing. I want many more children. I am sarcastic. I exaggerate sometimes. I like to stay up late and sleep in late. I don't really like shopping. Except for Target. I love Target.  I have a son who is turning one in March. I'm frugal. I like lifting weights. I miss the rain. I'm just learning what a real friendship looks like and what it means. I love chocolate. I drink Diet Coke. I also love water.

I wear my heart on my sleeve. I don't do things or write things to fit a mold or an idea or a vision.  I do what I want.

That's me.

Thanks for being here, friends.

Loved hearing about YOU! You and I are a LOT alike. :0) The hatred of cooking, I'm a Christian too, I watch the bachelor for some crazy reason, and I LOVE me some Target. :) (and probably also spend way too much time online...)

And all those reasons are the reason I keep coming back. I may not always have advice for you. I may not always comment. I may not always agree although I dont think I have disagrred with you either but I do love coming back and seeing you. The plan for your blog may not be what it has turned into but that is the freedom of it being your blog. Check out my blog when you have a chance www.carribear0620.blogspot.com

Way to go for being you! It takes a while before most people can just be themsleves, so good for you for being able to do it so young. Hugs.

This was really cool to read! It's great to get to know you a little bit better. I like diet coke, too, even though I know I really shouldn't drink it!
