There is a blank spot on our kitchen wall that has been asking for some sort of decoration. I couldn't decided what should go there.. but I figured I would find a neat piece of art that I liked. A colorful painting maybe, a masterpiece perhaps, a work of art. I decided... why not have Lucas make us some art?
I got a canvas at the craft store and let him have at it.
Paint everywhere! Good thing it's washable!

I love it! We have two pieces of similar art at my house on the wall. One by each of my kids. We did them about a year ago (Kyley was 4, Elijah was 1) Though I think I want to do it again for their rooms when we decide to get a bigger house!

LOVE IT!!! I think I might try that! I've got a couple blank spots on my walls that I haven't been able to fill since we moved here. We've finger painted before but I've never thought of getting it on canvas. Great idea!
I love it! I saw this last night and went out and bought finger paints today. I am a sucker for little kid art-it is so sweet!

My sister did this with her daughter when she was 6 months old and it turned out great! It is hanging up in their living room right now...I plan on doing it with my daughter soon...great blog by the way!
