One...</title><content type='html'>Please do continue this...I JUST got started.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;One thing that is nagging me is I try to do a whole foods diet.  And according to everything I&amp;#39;ve read, whole fat milk (from the store) is better for you than reduced fat milk....of course raw milk is far superior to both. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But when you drink the whole fat, you end up eating more calories and fat that you should.  So I&amp;#39;m torn.  I&amp;#39;ve made the switch to 2% but still dont know.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If  you arent familiar with this type of thinking...send me an email and I&amp;#39;ll send you some links. NOT that i condone extreme dieting, but i had issues back in college... =\&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;m having trouble with my goals because I&amp;#39;m trying to find a diet that doesn&amp;#39;t aggravate my health symptoms and making my diet healthier is actually making me gain weight!! Ack, it&amp;#39;s killing me! I&amp;#39;m still working on it, though. Sorry you&amp;#39;re feeling burned out.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It&amp;#39;s fun to participate in this &amp;quot;challenge&amp;quot; and see that there are other girls out there working on getting their bodies back and struggling the same struggles and so on. I love reading the other posts in the Linky.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Things you could write about... well, I know I would like to read more of YOU. You said you have goals for your personal Body After (and Before, right! ;) ) Baby challenge, but you never really tell us what you&amp;#39;re doing or about your goals or struggles or successes. I would love to see some of that and I think others would probably like it too.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As far as what else you can do, what about reviewing different diet plans/books and home workout systems that others are following, such as Weight Watchers (like contact the Anchorage WW group and tell them about BAB and see if they&amp;#39;d let you sit in on a meeting and interview the leader, etc.) or Jillian Michaels&amp;#39; 30 Day shred, etc. You can take a look at them, maybe interview someone who is doing it or whatever, and then blog about it as a way to let the other BAB girls know about it. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Just some ideas for you!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;m excited to see what you have in store as far as &amp;quot;challenges&amp;quot; and programs go!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Also, I was brave this week and posted a (lack of?) &amp;quot;progress&amp;quot; photo taken this morning--in a bikini!--on my blog. OUCH!
